Tom,

Please discuss your typical evening routine, starting from when you get home from work until you go to bed.

When I arrive home, I greet the dog & family, pop open a Guinness, and change into shorts & a tee. I'll then rest and relax a while, read the paper (usually while dropping a deuce) (yes I wash my hands after). After a while, I'll start cooking dinner (part of the 'deal') and usually have another Guinness then. After dinner I may go and run some errands (Home Depot, Safeway, perhaps Barnes & Noble) because that's the only time I have to do such things. If the Suns are on I'll usually stay and watch them on TV, otherwise I don't watch much TV. I'm usually in bed by 10 or 10:30.

I think that's a fair move, Jack.

What about your bed time attire? Are we talking PJ's with tops and bottoms? Are they Suns pj's or maybe Cardinals?

Common meals eaten at the Az compound?

Slippers/bathrobe in the morning?

internet porn would be incorrect. I save that for when I get to work in the morning.

bedtime attire: shorts and a T

common meals: well weeknights it's pretty simple. chicken breasts, pork chops, something like that, sauteed with some spices, and then usually a green veg. and some rice.

morning, no, it's straight to the shower, get dressed, and off to work. (see first paragraph).

Well. What about the weekends? You lounge around in a bathrobe and slippers?

Also, I'm seeing a guy who comes home and drinks two Guinesses, runs a couple errands and then watches sports. Don't be a slob. Pick it up. Go for a run or walk your dog. The Suns play 80 some games a year and basketball is boring.

I'm also not seeing any reading done by you. How can you claim to be Encyclopedia Tom if you're not keeping up on the latest readings.

Oh...and do you run a humidifier when you sleep?

I don't own a bathrobe, or slippers. Those are for people who live in cold weather.

I do need to start excersing more, again. There for a while I was hitting the gym before I came home (treadmill) but I've slacked off on that. I need to get in shape for Coachella.

As for reading, I did say in my original description that I read the paper in the evening. Two papers actually. I will also read a book right before bedtime, sometimes, though lately I've been having a hard time finding something I'm interested in.

Get home from work at 6pm. Watch my 1.5 hours of Seinfeld, as I do I eat dinner and check my Myspace page. Afterwards, I'll clean up the house a bit, maybe go to the gym for an hour, have sex, then watch tv again until I fall asleep.

get out of my thread you semiliterate twit.

When you say,"pop open a Guinness" I hope you mean ,"pop open a Guinness, pour into a pint glass and watch it froth to the the top" because this is one of the better things in life.

given that part of Tom's daily routine was calling DeltaSig a dick (understatement at its best), i'm wondering what's happened to him? did i miss something - was he banned???

wait.. what's understatement -- my "daily routine"?

or is my calling him a dick understatement because he's worse than that even?

I am actually glad that Ken bumped this one because I somehow missed it originally. Now I know that Tom is anti-slipper and pro-Guinness. And I approve.
