So I haven't received my wristband/ticket yet. I'm freaking out at this point. I sent an email and called the ticket distributor. I'm scared that I will have to pick up my ticket at willcall.

Is anybody else having this problem?

They didnt update it but so far i have emailed these guys

You should include your order number(s), name, address and phone number in your email.

I just got an email back saying they opened a ticket or action process or whatever for my problem.

Hopefully mine will get fixed soon.
