Alright so I purchased by tickets via layaway and on Coachella Frontgate it says that my tickets have not been shipped yet. However while at work today I got an email that included tracking information that said my tickets were delivered on Monday? They defiantly weren't, and I don't have the type of neighbors that would steal something off my porch. Which should I trust, Coachella Frontgate or UPS information?

You should call UPS, assuming you are reading the email correctly.

Are you sure it wasn't telling you that it will be delivered next Monday?

So I wonder if shutting off the wristbands is possible or just a mission impossible type rumor? I think mine were stolen as well. Has anyone actually spoken to bandmerch? Or do they tap you to india?

Calm down. Mistakes have been made. Humans are involved. This much we know.

I received four spam messages that looked liked UPS e-mails, but finally got one that is real with an actual tracking number that conencts to United Parcel Service.

I got 3 spam emails, and two real emails. I ordered camping passes before festival tickets. One I got yesterday the other on the 4th.

As it has been said SO MANY TIMES. Contact Band Merch (818) 882-3816. The company currently responsible for your wristband. If they say it was shipped on Monday... then it's time to start crapping your pants and lighting things on fire..

I got 2 spam emails and then my real email with the tracking number. The spam one is from "united parcel service" and when you open it there is a bullshit attachment with someone else's email address. The real email is from "UPS Quantum View" and has your tracking # in the subject line...and when you open it there is an actual UPS logo at the top then your name, address, weight of package, then your tracking number (which is a link). The link will bring you directly to tracking your package...hope this helps.

It's nice to see that some new people actually take the time to read information on here before asking questions that have been answered ad nauseam.

"UPS Quantum View" sent me 2 emails. One saying that it had been given to UPS, the next one saying it was delivered to my front door - which was true. It was.
