Hey,

I was checking out Coachella Afterhours, apparently a campsite being set up on a ranch SE of the festival. Was wondering if anyone had any experiences (good/bad) with these guys and/or their site and whatever else might be worth mentioning about them.

Did it last year, it's legit. Be prepared to hear a blaring electronic stage until sunrise though.

Kind of, yeah. People complained about the noise but I never had a problem sleeping.

There's an (effectively enforced) on-site camping noise curfew?

I remember mandolin outside my tent until sunrise ... :)

So excited to stay here. 12 of my friends just reserved their spots. My camping experience officially got better for 2011...talked to Albert and Vikta last week and said during this time, they receive allot of emails from people that still need a spot to stay.....i dont understand why anyone would wait this long to reserve. They even gave some refunds back from what they said.....I suggest you email them NOW coachellaafterhourscampsite@yahoo.com...

Yeah AfterHours Campsite is an offsite campground. But even though we won't be having a noise curfew this year their won't be any after party till the break of dawn. Just chill camping with maybe a little kickback party atmosphere.
FYI: Affterhours Campsite is not affiliated with traffic daddy.
Thank You

same here, but Albert and his family put on a good campsite last year, and I guess they're not doing the 'rave' this year.

Legit as fuck last year. This year I was broke so I'm just tagging along with a friend who was gonna car camp alone. But I had an awesome time last year with all the cool people who camped there.
