alright so their phone number is not working and i have tried calling multiple times in the past few days. Im kinda stressin about this now cuz idk if sending them an email will get my payment processed on time. any suggestions?

Read the other threads, if you sent an email, they will get back to you.


There is a huge influx on calls right now, you may get through on calling, but if you email, they will get back to you.

It's kind of stressful though, is it not? FG said I have to contact them by tomorrow or my order is canceled because they haven't taken the money out of my account yet. I've been calling for 2 days straight, have sent e-mails, and have heard nothing. The money has been in my account since monday, and I don't want my order to be canceled on the sole purpose that they are unreachable. This is retarded.

Perhaps I should start another thread discussing this...

Well I did finally get through on the phone (at 7pm today), where they told me that their phone services were open until 9pm. Then when I was finally getting to where I needed to be, they said their phone service was closed.

I've tried calling at least 5 times today and many yesterday only to get a busy signal. They better extend the grace period for billing.

They said my card had expired but it doesn't expire until 10-14 and they already took out 175$

I emailed them and this is all they had to say

The only times I got through were right at opening, 7am, and right before closing around 630pm.

You're going to be on hold for at least 20+ minutes. For some reason my account had a glitch on it and my payment didn't go through. Who knows if they would've ever tried again, so I felt lucky that i called them when I did. After getting through, it took all of 2 minutes to solve the problem.

You just have to be mad persistent.
