View Full Version : Front Gate Charged me but no tickets

So I tried ordering my tickets and it rejected me. I tried again 3x and it kept rejecting for some reason. Then I noticed that they charged me all three times without the transaction going through. I reported this to my bank. Is there other way I can resolve this? :poo

They weren't when I ordered. Regardless I was charged but the tickets didn't go through.

Did you try CALLING Frontgate? 888-512-SHOW (7469) They could probably help you with this.

Yes, I emailed them and "GREG" told me to call him. It always goes to VM.

The same thing happened to me. Except all of the charges from front gate are listed as pending. I'm pretty sure they won't actually go through

Did they charge you or is the charge pending? They probably put the funds on hold.

your entered your credit card info wrong. your card was not charged. the pending charges will be dropped in about 7 days. Same thing happened to me 'cause i entered the cvc number wrong.

Probably the easiest resolution is for the OP to post his credit card numbers here, then we could all try and see if we can get them to go through.

Same thing happened to me. After about five days my $ showed back up. 900$ worth! I was sweating it for a couple days.

Same thing happened for me. I know my credit card information was correct (even checked with the bank). Still got rejected 3 times. I got pissed and had to run to a meeting, so I left it for a while. Came back, re-entered the same info, but left off a "." in the address. That worked for me! However, by that time, the camping was sold out and I had 4 pending charges. I was pretty pissed I didn't get camping but looked like I was getting charged for it.
Called Frontgate, they said pending would be reversed out for the 3 transactions that didn't go through. No help with the camping of course.
Email them to confirm. They have been pretty good about responding to email too (and I like having a document as proof that my charges are reversed).

Aw man, that sucks. Sorry about that. Obviously the Front Gate system is a POS. If I had an extra ticket, I would sell it to you for face.
I don't think festival passes are too expensive yet, but like the camping tickets, I think they will jump in value ASAP.

Oh, FYI, also keep an eye on the Coachella Facebook page. I saw some people offering their tickets for face value.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me! I called them and they said that the transactions are simply pending and would fall off in 72 hours. Thats all fine and dandy, but 3 charges of $179.50 made it so i couldn't try to purchase the tickets until those charges fell off and now they are sold out. I tried calling them again and they basically said tough luck. Fuck Front Gate. Fuck Goldenvoice. Fuck Coachella.
