Can I wait until tomorrow (1200 tonight) to buy them?

Is there a realistic chance they could be gone by then?

Why risk it

Nobody knows. The longer you wait the higher the risk of selling out.

credit card bill runs through 1/21. If I wait until midnight it we go on the next bill.

While that's possible, it is inconsistent with behavior in previous years. So ... I'd only expect that to be true if (a) there's a substantial decrease in available camping spaces (unlikely since the venue overall has more space); (b) there's unusually high demand for the festival this year; (c) there's unusually high demand for camping, including that caused by speculators trying to buy up supply to resell for a profit on craigslist or ebay or such.

not worth the risk is a good reason - even if you think a quick sellout is unlikely, if you don't have to risk it, why would you? :)

The smartest post on this board in years!

Will they listen...few..the rest will cry and complain how Coachella failed them....

Smart people buy early...the rest head to the scalpers

by any means necessary.

paying 35 bucks for an overdraft might be alot better then what a scalper will do lol

had a quick question guys...so i just bought 1 car camping pass is that good for my girlfriend and i to camp? or do we both need a car camping pass? im a little confused. before everyone needed a camping pass to camp, is it still the same with cars?

As long as you have the same car, you just need one, but you each need a festival pass.

Your car and as many people or tents as you can fit into that spot (as long as it's not against the rules) is fine with us. http://www.coachella.com/camping/carcamping

We planned on getting two, but only managed to swoop one. It should be fine if they actually give us the promised 10x30 instead of last year's 8x20.

What a crock of SH*T I was looking forward to going but since the camping is all sold out and they are being scalped for over $400 online im passing on coachella this year THANKS GV for bombing this one, how did passes for camping sell out so fast, its crazy

They had a certain amount of camping spaces available. The date for sale of these spaces were announced in advance. They sold all of the available spaces. People who abused the system will likely have their excess orders canceled, and their inventory made available again to the masses. Sounds like they did pretty well, and after last year selling out, they likely increased the amount of car camping available (just my guess). i feel bad for those who did not buy immediately, but I do not blame Goldenvoice for selling out quickly.

There's always scalpers advertising regardless. Maybe Coachella is becoming more popular and selling out sooner? Maybe?
