Lots of artists to research and im interested to see which artists you've all taken too? Include quick review if you can.

So far I've picked up..
Phantogram - Eyelid Movies
Trenetmoller - Into The Great Wide Yonder
- The Last Resort
Tame Impala - InnerSpeaker
Leftfield - A Final Hit - The Best
..Leftfield is awesome electronica with some depth and emotion.

Looking forward to discovering some artists!!

Funny Fact: I got really into vinyl in the last couple years and somehow CDs seem archaic and vinyl seems fresh and modern.

Bizarre, but thats how perception works I guess.

I'm not sure how, but somehow buying CDs actually makes you a douche. Unless you collect CDs, in that case you're F***** awesome.

It used to be that when I would start seeing a new girl, I would look through her CD collection to gauge what kind of a person she was.

Now I rely solely on vaginal diameter.

Music has been all downhill since Sam Goody stopped selling Cassingles.
You mean I have to buy the entire Friends soundtrack even tho all I want is The Rembrandts "I'll Be There For You"?
What kind of shit is that?
Also Sam Goody isnt even a store any more. Its a Foot Locker.
I weep for this generation.

Every year when the line-up drops I download all available tracks from the zune marketplace and load em into my media player. First two months is all about learning the new artists and then the last few weeks before the festival is about focusing on the bands I want to see.

So to answer the Op's question: All of them.

I think it's been a good three or four years since I've actually bought a physical cd. It's all about MOG these days for me. It's like the Netflix of music! $10 a month gets you unlimited downloads and streaming music. Pretty sweet deal. If any of you have the service, check out my Coachella playlists! I've broken them up by days and each day has two parts. Coachella 2011 Friday Pt. 1 and so on. Great way to discover all the artists on the lineup!

Call me old fashioned, but I buy CDs. I love my collection <3

I'll add Phantogram's for sure. I liked Cut Copy too. Still have to listen to the rest to see which ones to get. :)

I just downloaded a ton of stuff after work today. The last time I actually bought a cd was @ Waterloo in Austin, TX. I couldn't wait to get home and DL the new Deerhunter so I spent $12 and now have a legit copy...weird but fucking amazing.

Sam Goody was just good for stealing headphones and waiting for your parents to pick you up near high school.

I still buy CD's. You get to manipulate your kbps (fuckin sq nazi ova here!), and unwrap all of them at the computer and make a sweet ass ball of plastic held together tightly with the stickers from the tops.

I got A Balloon Called Moaning by the Joy Formidable after reading Chris (UK) talk about them. This EP/mini-album is fantastic and I will be buying their full length when it is available.
