CYBEROPTICS
A young producer taking the dubstep world by storm; at age 19, Alex Epps aka Cyberoptics first made his big smash into the scene with his release "Geisha" on PLAY ME Records. Released in May of 2010, Geisha climbed to number 1 on Beatport.com and held it's place in the top 5 for over a month, battling producers such as Borgore and Doctor P.
Hailing from Memphis TN, Cyberoptics is greatly influenced by the dirty south but also the wide varietys of electronic music aswell. With a unique style of different themes, deep sludge bass and heavy sub, it's almost impossible not to move your body to these alien sounding bass tones!
Recently teaming up with fellow producer Chrispy, Cyberoptics is cranking out the craziest forthcoming bangers to be released this year!

NEUROPUNK
Under his many guises (Neuropunk/KOS/Solomon MC/Go-Incognito), Solomon Baldeo aka Neuropunk exudes the true renaissance man, tackling as many facets of the nightlife scene and art as humanly possible. DJ/MC/Producer/Promoter/Designer/Illustrator/Writer…the list goes on for the many activities for his daily grind and he holds a deep passion for each one.

Although the harder, darker side of Drum & Bass is the big gun in his arsenal. Neuropunk has a passion for all sounds Drum & Bass, from liquid to jump-up to ragga. His musical taste is a product of his upbringing. From a very young age, Neuropunk had been exposed to Hip Hop, Soul, Jazz, Reggae/Dancehall and DJ culture from his elder brother, DJ Phers One (DP Sound). As he grew, he also found a love for Punk Rock and Electronic. His love for Drum & Bass began in 1999, at first being exposed to Roni Size and Adam F music videos on cable television and snippets of mixtapes from high school friends, then to a full on passion for the music after his first rave at Nocturnal Wonderland. Soon after he approached the turntables and it wasn’t too long after seeing MCMC live in 2000 that he picked up the microphone.

Behind the scenes, Neuropunk linked up with Grapevinez in early 2005 and since then, has been deeply involved in some of the largest and most memorable Drum & Bass parties in Los Angeles, most notably, Champion Soundz and History (America’s Largest Drum & Bass event). Currently, Neuropunk runs his own company and website at www.media-obscura.com where he hosts multiple podcasts, writes various articles, and creates various designs. He also runs LA’s no.1 Drum & Bass monthly, Timeless, along with fellow crewmate Dip Vertigo. His biggest project to date is his vision behind LA Beatdown, a future dub movement bringing the sounds and culture of the big-bass underground to new heights with it's home base located at the legendary Music Box Theater in Hollywood.

With his music, Neuropunk currently holds a DJ residency at Timeless and LA Beatdown. He is working on many various mixes to release for podcasts and promotional CDs and is in the studio working on tracks. As Solomon MC, he put the microphone down in 2007 to focus more on his DJ career, but don’t be surprised to see back on the mic in the near future.

EYE Q
Growing up in the heart of Los Angeles, DJ EyeQ was exposed to the dynamic musical climate of the bustling city at an early age. DJing came to him in 1999 and then in the early 2000’s linked up with the At Large Crew doing various hip hop shows, clubs, and house parties where he fine-tuned his mixing and scratching abilities. Although spinning out party classics of the 80’s and 90’s was his passion, EyeQ was always an electronic music DJ at heart. In 2009 EyeQ found an instant click with the BWOMP! Crew where neighbor and crewmember Richard Sweat introduced him to dubstep and the rest of the BWOMP! homies. Although late in the game, EyeQ found himself as the newest BWOMP! member and subsequently, a home in the bass music community thanks to his appetite to rock crowds, swift mixing, and turntable trickery. To date, he owes his DJing career to his respect for all genres of music and moreover, his undying love for bass music.
