I think this is pretty funny. So I went to Kaiser today for some tests and I was reading one of their magazines. It was DATED 1985. The funny part was there is an article of big name people and their mansions that live in Colorado. One story was about this couple who had a giant house on a golf course and how successful they were. It was Jeff Skillings and his wife. For those that forgot, he is in prison for 24 years and the troubles he caused being former CEO of Enron. Life is strange lolz. cr****

Saturday night, while smoking our parking lot bowl before leaving the bar, a group of friends and I were sitting out on the concrete bench/picnic table and this overly intoxicated chick stumbles out, weaves her way over to where we were sitting and throws her self down damn near hitting her head on the table. Luckily I was sitting right there and caught her. Then she almost fell off the bench so I had to hold her up. Her phone was completely dead so she asked to use my phone to call her "friend", that wasn't the word she used but I don't like to use the word she used. She couldn't even dial the phone herself and wouldn't believe me when I told her that her "friend" wasn't answering. Of course the group of guys I was smoking with were trying to be very helpful, Oh we will drive her home, wink wink. I could just see her on the news the next morning after being gang raped. She couldn't even remember her address so we couldn't dump her in a cab. I ended up putting her in my car, driving to the general area that she lives and she opened one eye and recognized a house and went in. She lived about 3 houses from our very own Mr. Dylan.

I do not understand how anyone gets so drunk that they can't remember where they live.

I am waiting for the Karma Gods to grant me my three wishes.

Clifford Woolf, the Richard J. Kitz Professor of Anesthesia Research at Harvard Medical School, has suggested using capsaicin to deter abuse of certain extended-release drugs such as OxyContin and Ritalin.[30] When taken as prescribed, opioid prescription drugs such as OxyContin or stimulant drugs such as Adderall XR release their active chemical over time, but when crushed and snorted, taken as a suppository, chewed, or injected, the larger than normal dosage is absorbed all at once and a much stronger effect is produced that can be highly habit forming and dangerous due to the higher risk of overdose. Woolf has argued that adding capsaicin into the capsules would be a safe way to deter abuse. A person taking the capsule in the prescribed way (i.e., swallowing it whole) would suffer no ill effects from the additive. However, a person crushing it would expose the irritant. Anyone then chewing it, snorting it, or injecting it would be exposed to the full power of the chemical. "Imagine snorting an extract of 50 jalapeño peppers and you get the idea," Woolf said in an interview with the Harvard University Gazette.

Ingestion of spicy food or ground jalapeño peppers does not cause mucosal erosions or other abnormalities.[37] Some mucosal microbleeding has been found after eating red and black peppers, but there was no significant difference between aspirin and peppers.

In a recent interview, P. Diddy (whatever the hell he is these days) talked about wanting to lose his virginity at the tender age of 7 and watching porn.

“I tried to lose my virginity when I was seven years old. I was on top of a girl who was nine or 10, but it didn’t happen — so everybody doesn’t have to bug out. My mother and the babysitter whipped my a*s, but it didn’t knock me off my mission. When I was 13, I felt I was a porno star because I’d been watching porn for so long. In the Bronx you could get a hotel for an hour. I always had $20 or $30 to take a chick to a hotel. I’m proud to say I love sex. You might catch me in a porn store at any given moment–it ain’t nothing I’m ashamed of.”

Wow, he’s been man-whoring since ‘76. This goes well with certain individuals on here, I'm betting. Admit it now and tell your stories.

That Diddy interview reminded me of the exchanges that went on in that frustrated-turned-XXX thread two days ago. Which leads me to this conclusion about this board and an impression to be left for future members:

Rather than just a family, consider us more a school, if you will, defined by rank, personality, and rumors that make most hard and wet. To the left, the poor souls that join this society and are dehumanized within ten posts in the most heinous of ways. To the right, the old generation that contributes and plays their parts without being too malicious and judgmental of one's ethnicity and sexual orientation. Off to the side standing right behind them using the old generation as shields are those who bitch about every debunked rumor and then let the likes of the elite fight it out. In the corner are all those who don't give a fuck about you, your weight, your not giving a shit about them, or whether you're "do-able" to them or not at the festival. Lastly, the middle, comprised of entertaining douchebags, some of which embrace erections the moment you reveal you have children, boys or girls, and others who simply want titties because pop-up porn ads aren't realistic enough. Dicks and pussies put aside, I say to any lurkers joining, welcome, and do keep your buttholes sealed while lurking these boards and chat, for if you are violated (and you will no doubt will be), you fail.

locachica73

I am not really buying the 7 year old thing, at 7 we still thing the opposite sex has cooties. But, this is something that has come to mind lately with all these celebs and their "sex addiction". Isn't everyone addicted to sex on some level? But now instead of just admitting to being dirty whores they suddenly have some addiction and need help from reality tv. I think it's just ridiculous. So P Ditty likes to fuck and watch porn, don't we all?

Yeah, I know. Mine is basically just shrimp, crab, cucumber, tomatoes, chilis, avacodo, lime juice, clamato juice, red and green onion all thrown in a bowl and eaten with tostito scoops. But everyone makes it different.

clamato?

locachica73

I only like tapatio in my ceviche, nothing else. I prefer Sirachi which isn't even mexican, its chinese or something but it doesn't have that viniger taste that tapatio has. Same with Clamato, only in the Ceviche, any other time I think its disgusting, clam juice mixed with tomato juice, who the fuck thought of that shit?

The Tapatio guy has a Sundance Kid thing going on, which is respectably attractive, but the Cholula lady looks so nurturing. My usual method of determining how much I like a product by the hotness of the person on the label is failing.

Cholula works especially well on pizza and eggs

I'm not much for drinking beer, but when I bartended at the Polo Club, the Canadian polo players and the Mexican grooms taught me all about the Clamato/Beer combination. Before knocking it, I gave it a try. For something that sounded gross, it was actually pretty tasty. One of the grooms taught me the mexican way to mix it all up, and while it was a pain in the ass compared to just handing them a beer bottle, I will admit, the spices and peppers they added really made it taste good.

Michael's Craft Store has a good selection of all the paper, stickers, etc,etc... Even the cardshops like Hallmark have stuff, but it's pricier there, I think.

locachica73
12-22-2009, 06:25 AM

Not really, I live in the land of the strip mall and they just popped up in the strip malls when everyone seemed to be doing this. I can't even tell you if they are still there since it has been several years. They do have online scrapbooking stores though, I just did a quick google search, you could get an online gift card from one and let your mom get what she wants. Also any craftstore would have stuff too, probably not as much though.

BROKENDOLL
12-22-2009, 10:28 AM
The have the exclusive scrapbook stores around here also, but I found them to be extremely pricey for some of the same items at Michael's. They had spools and spools of stickers that were color coded per price, and unless you know exactly what theme she's using for her pictures, you could end up spending a lot. (Being as it's your mom though...) I'd almost just say get a gift certificate when you find a place, and then she can run amuck amongst the aisles of stuff. Ah, another place I believe is Aaron Brothers Art Mart if they have them nearby. Also, Target has a section for scrapbooking, I think. (Not nearly as much stuff as Michaels though.)

You don't really need to worry about your advanced age here, geezr, unless you're in the plur or PAW threads. There are plenty of us over 30. Well, a few anyway.

Geez, if over 30 is considered advanced age, then I really am doing shit backwards. How odd is it for a 49 year old female to be excited about getting a Playstation and DJHero with Daft Punk for Xmas? (You could say my soulmate, suffacated is contributing to the delinquency as an over aged minor, I guess! LOL)

I don't want your last summer to happen to me, loca. :/

LOL the unemployed part or the 2 trips to the hospital part? It was a rough summer, but I don't really think it had much to do with going out and partying. In fact, the two times I ended up in the hospital were two nights I had stayed in watching tv and eating food. Food and home are bad for my health.

There needs to be a lot more people like locachica in the world.

aww, thanks, I think.

Lynn Cox Sentenced to Nine Years in Federal Prison for Attempting to Hire a Hitman to Kill Her Husband

FRESNO, CA—Acting United States Attorney Lawrence G. Brown announced today that LYNN COX, 46, of Bakersfield, California, was sentenced today, by United States District Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill, to nine years in federal prison. COX pled guilty to using a facility of interstate commerce to commit murder-for-hire, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1958(a), on January 16, 2009.

The case was investigated by Federal Bureau of Investigation.

According to Assistant United States Attorney Duce Rice, who prosecuted the case, COX attempted to hire someone to kill her husband so she could collect on his insurance. COX wanted the murder to take place while her husband, a truck driver, was stopped to rest, so as to make it appear as a robbery. COX is in custody.

I was up at Haight Ashbury a while back and this older Gent was playing his guitar and I stayed there for a while listening. When he was done he asked if I had seen the clock at the corner permanently stopped at 4:20. I told him I had. He told me that he had been around in the 60's during the summer of love. before it was called 4:20. He asked me if I knew what it was called before it was called 4:20. I asked him what, and he responded " getting high". he totally reminded me of Willie Nelson. To this day that story brings a smile to my face.

Hope everyone had the time of their lives bringing in the New Year! I'm sure many are still working on it, and as much as we like the shows in L.A. it sure is nice to be home instead of having to drive 2-3 hours after partying. And, for the first New Year since I can remember, I didn't have to work! Yessss!!! KC and his Band may be getting older, but damn, they can put on a show!
Started the evening finding out the casino gives you $20 to gamble, then proceeded to nom, nom, nom some Surf n' Turf chased down with chocolate cheesecake. <OMG! If I had known that dessert was gonna be that good, I would have traded my lobster and steak for another piece! Did some dancing and then gave the gambling a shot. Pete won $100 right off the bat and then re-donated it back, while I came out $50 ahead and said let's GTFOH! (God, I hope it's a sign for the New Year!) In any case, we couldn't have asked for a better time and even got our traditional Midnite Kiss to start things right...

No headache, and I started listening to Phoenix for the first time ever, and they're effing amazing!!

I don't want to hear about the fact that they've been around for a decade and I didn't start listening to them until several months after they charted in the U.S. Remember, I'm in Alaska here. Musically, I'm about as far afield from the scene as I would be in Siberia. Which, yes, I can see from my house.

How in the world did I end up with Duran Duran's covers album on my iPod? I wouldn't have bought it, and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have downloaded it. And yet there it is.

It was pretty bad, worse than I expected, $20 tickets for only the most mainstream pop hits and poor DJing skills...we had to struggle to keep ourselves entertained. I am ready for a kick-ass show.

BS is a lot of fun when the line-up is halfway decent. Lying in the grass all day with old hippies :)
