Thom Yorke - Give Up the Ghost (gorgeous, haunting, made the miserable conditions tolerable for a few minutes, even the douchiest of bros were struck silent during this)
Fever Ray - Seven (I had never been more terrified in my life as I was during this set, thanks to magical fungi, except during this song)
Gorillaz - Empire Ants (beautiful)
Little Dragon - Feather (highlight from a perfect set)
Orbital - Satan (oh you crazy boardies and your glowstick eruptions...it looked very cool and made a fun song even better)

King Kahn and the Shrines- "Land of the Freak (with the Yo! Gabba Gabba muppets dancing on stage!)"

Gossip- "Love Long Distance"

Jay Z- "Forever Young"

Mayer Hawthorne "Shiny and New"... the sexiness of that song plus the rain fingers... "Rain down... Rain Down..."

That song that Aeroplane dropped towards the end of their set. Like the 2nd to last or 3rd to last song/mix/track whatever that they dropped (after "Gypsy Woman" from Crystal Waters is all I can remember). I'm hard pressed to remember a time when a Sahara crowd was as bonkers as they were when that song was dropped. But talking to Guedita and MJA no one knows what it was. I mean yes, their set as whole was very mellow, but this track had people going crazy!

1. Fever Ray - Concrete Walls (I loved the percussionist on the far left during this song, shaking the stick and drumming and bouncing the whole way, not to mention the lamps turning on at different times illuminating different members of the band just made this so eerie and beautiful. The whole set was beyond belief, hard to pick one song)

2. Orbital - Dr ? (I've never gotten down that hard in the Sahara, so much fun)

3. Bassnectar - Here we go (first song) (Chaos, pure chaos... soooo good)

4. LCD Soundsystem - Yeah (proper lights on that stage)

5. 2ManyDJ's - Whatever that first song was, sounded like a "warp" remix perhaps?
