Hi everyone, I'm roadtripping with my buddies from London, Ontario Canada all the way to Coachella, and we plan on camping our way across the beautiful US of A.

This will be my first Coachella, so i'm just wondering where I can buy the tickets for the on-site campgrounds?

Thanks

I believe they're going to be sold via Ticketmaster as well. $45 for a 4-day pass.

Anyone else? Bueller?

Hello djjowr,
I'm also from london, ontario, and looking into what the best way to get down to coachella would be and what sort of accomodations, you know how long of a drive it is? any idea of the costs to travel?

Hey, i'm from milton, ontario and i just started looking into things and found that air fare on tango went for $550 round trip so thats what i'm probably going to do.

Yes camping is going to be sold online the same with tickets so just look out for it on Ticketmaster. Also when the new site is up check the camping FAQ and you should find more info.

If all of you people from Ontario went together and drove, the gas would be cheaper than airfare.

how many people are allowed to camp on each plot?

Well when you get inside and check in they ask you how big your group is and whatnot. If you are going to have a bige group you can let them know and they will give you a bigger space to accomadate that and your friends can meet up with you and set their tents up.

But for example in 2003 when they started doing camping it was 4 people a plot, but they tweaked it out of course...

no way, another Londoner?? I'd love to carpool, but i've already got 8 ppl packed in a van, and 5 others in a full car

i've made the trip from san diego to london before, so i just have to look back on my old maps and such.

And with regards to ticketmaster, I checked today...but I know they're just starting to update the site and such so i'll be patient

oh, and with regards to the drive...my dad, brother and i made it back from san diego to london in two and a half days....tho my dad drove through the night, and me and my brother swapped in daytime. Stick a couple pit stops in there and you've got it....this time around i'd love to actually pay attention to the land i travel.

Hey, more Ontarians. I'm in Toronto and it looks like my buddy and I are going to be flying down. All depends on his exam schedule.

So, aer camping tickets good for the whole group or just one person?

Like would we need to buy 4 camping tickets for four people?

Yes everyone in your group will need their own camping ticket.

regrettably STA man, but yeah, if I hear word of anyone else i'll let you know...gotta spread the love of RAGE

honestly, i'm just scared that this is a one time deal, and with rage being one of my biggest influences musically and mentally, it would be a crime to not make the trip...money can always be made back, but this reunion is pure magic
