It's gotta be nite versions...if not I'd be shocked.

They normally are billed as Nite Versions when they play Nite Versions. I may be in the minority, but i prefer plain old Soulwax.

So...what the hell is the connection between Soul Wax, Nightversions, and 2 Many Dj's? I know there is SOME connection, but I have no idea what it is exactly.

2 Many Dj's set from Coachella 2004 was awesome...great show!

2 Many DJs are DJs. Soulwax is a band, and Night VErsions is the electronic version of that band. I think.

Soulwax is a band from Belgium.

I think somewhere around their second (?) album they started to do DJ sets using the name 2 Many DJ's. Legendary mashup stuff.

"Nite Version" was the term Soulwax applied to their remixes of tracks from their 2005 album Any Minute Now, a nod to Duran Duran who called their early remixes "Night Versions."

Nite Versions (which came out in Europe in late '05, here in the States in late '06) is basically the entire Any Minute Now album given the 2 Many DJ's mashup/remix treatment and continuously mixed. Very Ed Banger-type stuff.

I believe Soulwax' latest tour has been primarily performances of Nite Versions, with the exception of a 2 Many DJ's set at Virgin Fest in Baltimore.

If they're listed as Soulwax on the 2007 poster, it'll prolly be a Nite Versions set and it should be very good. I would kill to see them as 2 Many DJ's, although this year the part of 2 Many DJ's will be played by Girl Talk. ;)

It's official now. It says Nite Versions on the poster. Doesn't matter though because all three are amazing.

I think I've read they are working on a new album, but regardless of the fact that 'Nite Versions' was released in late '05 (US release late '06), they've only performed the Nite Versions set a handful of times, in the US. So it is a very special treat to have Soulwax (Nite Versions). Watch their performance in Brooklyn back in October.
