Hear me out...

I've been charged to come up with a playlist for a company meeting here at my work. I know, lame right? Sure, but the people running this thing have no clue and they want/need some help.

So, I'm asking for you guys for input/help.

They are looking for some (what you and I would consider) good songs to make a playlist for this meeting. Song can include but are not limited to lyrics or themes of "team" "momentum" "build- building"... and to quote them, "anything fun and energetic"

This is a serious ask. Any ideas?

Well, then, I hope your meeting is a disaster. I hope none of the Powerpoints work and I hope everyone's imbedded YouTubes that run way too long and are related to the discussion in only the most attenuated of ways take forever to load.

Thankfully I'm in no way part of it.

I was just saving some people's ears.

Smooth Criminal (Michael Jackson)

Pump It Up (Elvis Costello)

My Sharona (Knack)

So we have

1. a song by a pedophile
2. a song about masturbation
3. a song about an older lecher hitting on an underage girl

Interesting corporate culture.

Interesting corporate culture.

1) Alleged
2) Nobody here knows that
3) That was my own little throw in; nobody gets it. I giggle every time.
