i pulled a double take reading the times tables last year over that. too bad he took so damn long to get out there. i would loved to have seen him and common bang something out together.

Holy shit, I remember that! When we had problems reloading the damn page, and the coachella main page with artists would not show up at work. That sucked.

She won that Margot and the Nuclear So-and-So's contest, right? I hope Bonaroo rocks for ewiggy's sake. Heck, I'd like to go too.

Kristen as of now....expect to see Widespread Panic, Pearl Jam, MMJ, maybe Bruce Hornsby, possibly Willie Nelson, the Arcade Fire, A Tribe Called Quest, possibly Massive Attack, the Flaming Lips....and maybe a performance from Tool at Bonnaroo. Doesn't sound too bad.

Are those the rumors now?

yeah, some of them I think will come true, others won't

I bet Queens of the Stone Age play as well. I even heard rumors that the Pixies might play, but I doubt that (though they are headlining a few foreign festivals early next year).

dani - yeah, i won VIP tickets through that Margot design-a-backstage-pass contest on brickfish.
amy - thanks! i hope it's good, too.
erik - that looks pretty good. my co-winner is obsessed with MMJ, so they better play.

Bonnaroo is more like Bonnalame.

I love the Bonnaroo/Coachella "rivalry"... I hope it continues to rage forever! I go to both every year, so if they try to keep out-doing each other, all the better

ewiggy, see ya in TN buddy

I really need to get off my lazy butt and go to Bonnaroo just to see how it compares.

I have no desire to end up in Tennessee any time soon.

LOL, yeah, would definitely rather be in CA than TN. I always wonder how Bonnaroo compares. I can't imagine anything being better than Coachella. Only cool thing though is that the Bonnaroo sets go a lot later into the night. I still love Coachella.
