I know we've all got our lineup add requests and whatnot, but I was really jealous of my friends with iPhones last year who had a line in with the app that Coachella makes... I know that some people last year requested apps for Android and Blackberry... but considering that Android phones are WAYYYYY more popular this year than last year, can we please see an Android app this year? Pretty pretty prettttttty pleeeeeeeeeeeeease? Anyone else? Anyone?

I definitely think there should be an Android app. Just by the sheer volume of new Android phones alone

And just fix the app for the iPhone so that it actually works.

I use the analog hard copy schedule at the fest because I'm old skool like that. I also have a watch, it's like a phone but all it does is tell you the time so you can check that against the schedule to see if you're missing anything.

It would be nice have the app compatible for blackerry and android users. Does coachella have an exclusive deal with apple? I know it has to do with available developers, time, and money for a particular phone but there sure are a lot of blackberry users...and now android users as well.

But then again...the app is only good for 3 days out of the year so you might be sol.

I don't see why they can't have an Iphone, Android, Blackberry, etc. app for the festival. I can't imagine it could be that hard to make to make it for most platforms.

Honestly, though, I agree with above. The hard copy is the best.

Blackberry still holds 40% of the Smartphone market. I-phone was in the low 20s last Coachella, closer to 30% now.

Unfortunately my work requires me to have a phone that works with the Enterprise Exchange Server so I can't use Android.

i'd venture to guess that amongst coachella goers, that the iPhone is probably bigger than BB.
