I'm a huge fan of deadmau5 and I figure sense I made it, it would be considered art but it's a helment/mask and I'm not sure
if those are allowed in.

I need to know my outfits depend on it for Friday!!

Dont, it pisses off everyone behind you.

Having gone to many raves and to Coachella, I recommend to you not to bring it. You will hate dragging it around with you remember it's a day long event you will be stuck with it morning to night.

Also, it's just plain annoying being around a mau5 head.

Yea, I had to Gogo dance with it on for two hours... Did not last.
But I was just wondering if it's allowed or not. If anything I can just give it to someone when I am done wearing it. Everyone loves a random gift.

(: awh being around a bobble head isn't that bad.

I saw deadmau5 a few months ago and there were at least 10-15 people wearing homemade helmets. I can't speak for the people who had to stand behind them but I'm sure that would have been annoying as hell. On the other hand, I give anyone props who is that much of a fan. Maybe you should just stay towards the back.

While it would be annoying, I'm pretty sure it would be okay to bring it in

Don't be a douche. Accessories that don't block anyone's view are fine.

But seriously, no. God no.

Anyone considering wearing a deadmau5head should seriously consider the following:

1. Make use of the ins and outs privileges, and get it right before his set. You won't want to carry it around all day, and no one wants to be stuck behind it during another set.

2. Do not think having a head means people will be more inclined to let you (and your trailing group of friends) move up to the very front. Do not say, "But, I AM DEADMAU5" when trying to maneuver this...no one cares.

I'm sure that GV will issue guidelines regarding masks/helmets sooner to the show, but for the most part just expect that security will examine it (somewhat) thoroughly.

It's a fair question. Anywhere else, sure, bring the damm thing in. You don't want to bring one in for his set at Coachella.

Well I dont plan on being rude to people just because I have a huge head on..
I'm sure I wouldn't put it on till his set.
I don't know, we will see when it comes around.

wearing a deadmau5 helmet at a concert is like taping three giant paper circles to your head. it's going to block about fifty people's view.

also, people, if you're going to wear wide-brimmed straw hats and look and country-chic, take them off in crowded tents, at least after the sun goes down. not a big deal, but shorter people (not my concern) will thank you.

It's funny people actually make Deadmau5 heads. Please don't bring it, it's bad enough the Sahara has to deal with him being there, let alone ANOTHER stupid mask.
