Yeah you can still buy from your buddy, but it is all regulated and taxed (but it would be way cheaper, like $50 an ounce) And I think he would have to get a license.

Weed will be cheaper, you will be able to legally carry up to an ounce, and if dealers want to legally grow and sell marijuana they can get a license. Thats just some basic stuff, you can find the entire bill online.

They are using stealth xray machines this year as you walk in. Also there will be drug sniffing horses surrounding the entire festival.

This is extremely ill-timed. There is a huge battle going on right now concerning all of the problems with medicinal marijuana. To attempt to legalize it completely as basically a recreational product like alcohol is stupid right now, and will only serve to hurt the cause and delay the possibility of it ever happening further
