So my parents said I can't go if I can't find someone to go with.
I've asked everyone I know and I have people asking people, but either the people I've asked are broke or they didn't get tickets and don't want to go now or something.
I really want to go, I'll buy your camping pass or your plane ticket!
I'm going into debt for this anyway.

I'm sure I could just pass the person off as "someone who went to school with someone I know."
Actually, I know some 21 year olds who look pretty old, so if you look 30ish, that's alright.
As long as you can drive a rental car and buy most of your own stuff.

okay heres what we'll do, in a nutsack you'll buy me a round trip ticket to chicago, i'll meet you and your parents. we'll tell them im a homie you went to school with back in the day, they'll buy it and we'll be off.

Actually, that wouldn't work... I'm too young for you to have gone to school with and still be considered an adult.
At least I can pass off the "friend of a friend" story to an extent.
