You should avoid buying anywhere where there's sharks.

Its pretty simple Im trying to buy real estate from a relative and still qualify for the first time buyer credit. Is there anyway possible? a loophole? Im in my house but a relative is a co-signer as the primary. Refinance as the primary?

What if we sold it to a company that may be in my name then I bought it from it? Yet im trying to keep the costs of the deal below the 8000 credit.

Because it shows up on my credit? Yet im not the primary counts against first time buyer?

I say go for it. If you get audited, you weren't allowed to do it.
