Its pretty simple Im trying to buy real estate from a relative and still qualify for the first time buyer credit. Is there anyway possible? a loophole? Im in my house but a relative is a co-signer as the primary. Refinance as the primary?

What if we sold it to a company that may be in my name then I bought it from it? Yet im trying to keep the costs of the deal below the 8000 credit.

I say go for it. If you get audited, you weren't allowed to do it.
