I have seen them twice in the US once at the Henry Fonda Theater and once at the hollywood bowl with Basement Jaxx

Royksopp performing Melody A.M. is one of the Don't Look Back shows I would fly across continents for.

It's really hard to go wrong. The point is they need to hit the west coast, soon.

As do I.

I really like Melody A.M., but Junior takes the cake for me.

imagine if Royksopp actually toured America properly and played every single festival every year like Girl Talk

I'd easily drop insane amounts of money if they played in LA.

That makes three. Listening to Junior is like dancing in the streets on a warm sunny day.

Wheres the beef?

Imagine if Girl Talk didn't play every festival and only did shows in the US every 1000th lunar cycle.

I started out pretty far back and then made my way closer since there were a lot of open seats. For that show i bought the tickets that cost $1. (How can you go wrong with Basement Jaxx and Royksopp for a grand total of $2, well plus the two bottles of 2buckchuck and a bucket of chicken!!! so classy at the bowl eh?)

Yeah I was in section "Y" with my girlfriend, I think the tickets were 2 bucks each. Basement Jaxx were sooooo good.

Melody A.M. is great. I haven't spent a lot of time listening to Junior though. Would love to see them.

Excuse me guys,

Exactly why were the fuckin' tickets for Royksopp & Basement Jaxx $2?

Was the place empty or what?

no, a lot of the bowl shows have SUPER cheap tix for the nosebleeds. it's the best picnic time with friends that money can buy. they had $1 bb king tickets once.

it was awesome, now the cheapest are $10. But that summer I saw Basement Jaxx and Dead Can Dance on that series, and some f4th of July fireworks show. and some other show i ended up not going to but for two people for five shows (good ones at that) it was a total of $55 with all the fees added.
