Just listening to 'Confidential'.

For the love of CHRIST bring him to the Polo Fields. Stick him after sunset and watch people be amazed.

That'd be awesome if they brought him over.

I'd be so down for that. I saw him here in Tucson on a Sunday night like 4 years ago right when high society came out and basement track was the jam. no one knew about it (because it was a last minute hook up kind of thing) and there was only like 40 people in the place. anyways he fucking killed it and dropped so many dope hospital tunes. from that day he out right became my favorite dj and hes also a really cool guy. me and my friend (promoter) took him to a record store that sold old vinyl and he dropped like 400 dollars on tunes and shipped it back home. it was like a gold mine to him. he bought a lot of movie soundtracks and old tunes to sample. go figure because he was film major in college. the dude is a production genius.

They need to bring the entire hospital records crew out. Mistabishi's new album 'DROP' just completely blew my mind earlier this year.

A high contrast sunset set at the sahara would be a life changing experience.

stick him at 3pm, so there won't be many conflicts. after 4pm, conflicts start getting bad.

I can't believe someone else started this thread. I have only been requesting HC for a year now...

This makes me happy :)

The original 12" version is better than the version that made the CD album. I don't like the rerecorded vocal sample.

Oh, I hadn't seen this recording. Thanks! That's a sexy hot set.

Three tracks form the new Logistics LP. Camo & Krooked vs Body & Soul's The Reward is one of my favorites right now as is Jonny L's Evah.

If you guys want a fresh set of current smashers HC is playing this is a good set to grab.

Donaldj

There's a fuck up on that tracklist too.

Metrik's Anthem 09 is after the Reward. That sigma track is not there.

I would very much enjoy the better half of the entire Hospital Records roster out at coachella this year... High Contrast, London Elektricity, Nu:Tone, Danny Byrd, Logistics, Cyantific...

SIGNED! I love me some good D'n'B and like other boardies, i had heard of High Contrast before and because of Donald i looked more into him and god damn he's an amazing producer.

Sunset set would be perfect for him, Coachella is about the only place he would play that early and i think it would be a perfect fit at the polo fields.

Make it happen GV, MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!

PS: Danny Bird and London Elektricity as supporting cast would be beyond anything words could describe.

Logistics far and away. I'm not a huge Sub Focus fan. I think a lot of his tracks are cheese. Now with that said I really dig Follow The Light.

i'm not saying dieselboy is a bad DJ or anything, but he was in LA like 30 times over the past year or 2. He hasn't been around much since the Monster of Jungle tour, but i just want to see people that never come around when i'm at coachella, not just the regulars.

now the real reason i came in here, i'm trying to find a good recording of a live High Contrast set if anyone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it, calling donald.

juloxx

Oh Diesel Boy plays alot, no doubt bout that. But I feel if Dieselboy played at Coachella his sound is distinct enough to really bring DnB into more of a mainstream light.

I'm all about supporting the jungle scene to a point, i like the vibes and current state of the scene in southern california. Bringing drum n bass to a more mainstream light might bring in a crowd and vibe to the events i love going to that i could do without. Just look at the difference between a jungle stage at a massive and the crowd at one off jungle events, completely different atmosphere and vibe all together. I mean on thanksgiving i was hit up for E at respect 2 times, i've been to a respect a lot and that was the first time i had been hit up for rolls. I know people do drugs there and probably roll there often, but it never felt like it was that kind of party.

I totally missed this, Jeremy.

I assume you have the two essential mixes he recorded?

I like this one, it's old, but good

God damn spoiled Brits. Everyone I spoke with Friday night about High Contrast's illness and not being able to see him responded with "oh, I've seen him loads of times".

If he were to ever do Coachella he better stick around for a proper show- 90 min-2 hours.

Donald- Cole and I are thinking of just moving out here. Are you in?
