...for Faith No More!!!!!

Seriously-whats stopping GV from acquiring them now?

-Faith No More is reuniting
-Patton is in
-Winehouse is out
-A reunion that will no doubt be welcomed by the masses(well at 20-30k)

The right slot on the main stage for the right act,if you ask me

Theres nothing that i can think of that should hinder this-they dont play Donnington/Europe until summer, thats plenty of time for them and it'll build hype up for the tour across the pond!
-theres no excuse for GV to go cheap on us in light of this current happenstance...

I thought the press release said they only were going to play Europe. Anti-Americanism among Americans lives on.

NOw that crackhouse is out, i think FNM would be perfect (please dont shoot me for saying this) before the Killers. I thought the best date for them would be Saturday but it was rather top heavy. So I think they would be great.

unless that whole july thing gould was talking about means nothing before...those scared little girls...shit we dont mind a trainwreck, as long as its the first gig (we almost got crackhouse)

but i must say i was hoping for the Price is Right Live show in the AT&T tent that was wasted with a whole shit load of nothing over by the virgin tent.

If you're a real fan, you would go to Europe to see them. Stop being lazy.

Shut the fuck up Lee! I don't shit money! Im trying my best right now to see if I can make it work!

Also, Billy Gould said in one twitter message:

By the way, US shows are not out of the question.

In the press release they specifically said they won't tour the U.S. It looks like they might play a few shows here and there though.

With that being said, Billy Gould ALSO said...

First rehearsal was good! Much better than expected. By the end of May we should be completely dialed in.

It looks like Coachella is out. :(

I don't have a twitter acount. Maybe I should make one, just so I could contact Billy Gould...

Any chance of them playing Glastonbury?

obzen
03-11-2009, 08:52 AM
no chance-i new from the start that if they played any UK festival it would be one with Kerrang sponsorship/involvement-Donnington had its name all over the reunion-theres a bigger metal demographic w/Download.

i dont see them at any other UK fests, maybe a European fest-but i doubt it.

maybe Rock In Rio,The Tibetan Freedom...Coachella.
