I went to that Regeneration Show at the Gibson and "Human League" was pretty epic.

Which is weird because I mean where is there room on Sunday? It is already stacked for me as it is...

and for the record...Saturday sold out last year and they had a tiny little addition even though it didn't warrant it sales wise :D. You remember...

orbital are playing summer shows in europe, so big chill won't be their first show after all. so coachella is not out of chances.

and i don't see why people will be surprised to see a chemical brothers addition. they have been heavily rumored for months.

Portishead could not be a mainstream headliner like The Killers are, though. Sunday may have additions with the movement of Jenny Lewis.

I think not landing Orbital is a huge mistake on GV part. I say this because they've had nearly all the big names in EDM play at their fest at one point or another and Orbital reforming at this time would have been perfect timing. Oh well.

there is a good chance that Orbital simply wasn't ready yet....you can't blame GV for that.

I don't know why but those 3 bands at the top of Saturday just looks right to me.

Human League gets a bad repuation for their infamous ballad super-hit, I think anyone who is into contemporary dance music should listen to Love and Dancing from 1982 ... for me that album is a precursor to so much of what has happened with dance music in the past 27 years (yikes).

Would love to see them do a set at Coachella that wasn't focused on pandering to the 80s audience at radio station festivals.

or DARE.. but yeah I always catch HUMAN LEAGUE when I can and never tire. Sheffield's Finest! well unless you count Cabaret Voltaire but Phil Oakey is a ageless genius! HUMAN LEAGUE are incredible live. I also see HEAVAN 17 are tour North America.
