A lot of people seem to just be assuming that a new headliner will be added for Saturday. What do you think? Are The Killers it, or will there be a big addition to take the top spot (a la Prince in 2008)?

Rumors say that Bruce Springsteen might show up according to Rollingstone.

I say probably not. They already have two big expensive headliners (McCartney, The Cure) and some of their subheadliners are pretty damn close to headline status on their own (MBV, Morrissey) and some significantly solid second-tier stuff like Leonard Cohen, YYY, Franz Ferdinand. Maybe they'll surprise me, but I'm pretty resigned to The Killers being this year's version of Jack Johnson, only moved from Friday to Saturday so people don't just skip Friday and buy two single day passes instead.

Now, I am expecting a few solid additions to the Sahara still...

That was before the Bonnaroo announcement. In their press release they stated that the Roo would be his only festival appearance that year.

I want another band to headline that doesn't start with "The".

A new headliner is probably not going to happen.

Hopefully. Seriously, The Killers are to Prince what a snap is to an atomic bomb.

After watching the Coachella commercial during the Grammy's, I've completely lost hope for a new headliner. :nono

I voted probably... because I think it's likely, but far from definite... I think U2's probably the strongest possibility too. But who knows. That would seem to piss a lot of people off. I'd be very happy with it myself.

Ahem...

Jesus, Marco, shut the fuck up about U2 already. It's beyond tiresome.

And there's no way The Killers could do any worse than "Get On Your Boots."

I just want the gloating rights (and churros) if and when it happens.

All I am saying is mysterious lurkers tend to be accurate

There are a lot of rumours right now about Depeche Mode being added to Saturday. Also, Faith No More rumours are popping up everywhere, and if they get added, I bet it will be to Saturday. However, I do not think both Depeche Mode and Faith No More will be added.

Depeche Mode will NOT be added. Also FNM's publicist stated that NO North American shows...this will strictly be a European Tour....fuckers...

The anouncement said no North American tour is planned. A couple days ago, The Rolling Stone talked about Faith No More possibly being added to Coachella.

Fucker.

Better be dropped today because I am thinking about not making the payment for the tickets today.

I'm content with this years lineup now.

If anything else come's up, it's just another surprise for me.
