Hate to break the news to you but Fatboy Slim no longer exists. Norman Cook did his last DJ set under the name Fatboy Slim last month in England. It's over.

He is now "The BPA", and is not as good as Fatboy was.

some of you are just way to serious around here. have some fun. they know what is what, but they don't know what is what, they just strut. what the fuck?

trick- i know what you're sayin' but because he was having so much fun up there i was having so much fun on the floor, the energy was contagious! otherwise i'm normally not that big of a fan, but i'm totally glad I caught that set last year.

I hated Fatboy Slim last year. I expected a MUCH better set. He was a big let down for me, and if you've ever heard the set "Live at Brighton Beach" you'll probably know why I feel this way.

That's the thing, when you go in with no expectations (me) and you have a good time, it's pretty much a win win.

^ I guess.. It's pretty hard to not have expectations with a DJ like Fatboy Slim. Especially when you've heard how effin amazing his sets can be!! I just wasn't feelin the style of music he was playing at all.

Ah well! No biggy :p

norman cook, pizzaman, fatboy slim, bpa...who the fuck cares. dude tore it up last year. by far my fav performance of any dj i've seen, and the list is long. but as much as i'd love to see him again, i don't want it to be at coachella. last year was bad ass for me, and he wouldn't be able to top it. besides, him doing back to back years just isn't going to happen

a lot of the adds people are looking for in the sahara tent are acts i've already seen, so they all must have really bad taste as well. it wasn't live at brighton beach by any means, but i had a great fuckin time along with everybody else around me.

boo-fuckin-hoo, he sat on the side of the stage for a few minutes. have you never seen him spin before? he does that. get over it. if you're worried about what the dj is doing and not the music he's playing then you're missing a good time.

the only thing that pissed me off about his performance was that he was 20 minutes late, but after the set i could have cared less.

So a little insight into Fatboy Slim's set last year: He's in rehab now for alcohol, he was obviously drunk for his shitty set at Coachella last year (and don't get me wrong, I'm the biggest Fatboy Slim fan here... but that set was sad compared to what he's pulled before). And now he's unkilled the Fatboy Slim name; thought he was supposed to have retired it a couple months ago.

Now Fatboy Slim is gonna play EDC, and maybe do it sober?! This could be reeeeeallly good.

I went into his show expecting little yet rolling the hardest Ive ever rolled. Needless to say, it was one of the most enjoyable sets I experienced last year. For some reason I'll never forget the Dutch/Swedish/German tourists in front of me. Their accented enthusiasm was contagious and great.

Of course you care what he is doing, would you for a dj to put a cd in and let it play (ala dj funk) while just sitting there????

This has to be one of the dumbest things I have ever read on this board.
