My beloved Coachella organizers, don't make me choose between those two. I don't think you would, but you never know...

All those in favor, please state your agreement.

They won't do that. Come on.

Despite the fact that YYYs played the same time slot in 2006, I can't see anything other than a YYY>MBV>Cure progression on main stage.

Its not a YYYs/MBV conflict you should be worried about. Its a Throbbing Gritle/MBV conflict everyone should be worried about.

Exactly. I hope this is the case.

Why the hell would anyone pick the Yeah Yeah Yeahs over MBV. Not even an issue.

Ill take Throbbing Gristle on Outdoor during YYY on Main and then run to main for MBV and the holocaust.

Debating between dancing with all your friends for YYYs or listening to your inner music conscience and seeing MBV isn't that easy.

QFT, I thought the exact same thing. But...I think anything on the Outdoor should be worried about a conflict with MBV. If Tiesto drowned out the Outdoor imagine MBV? Maybe they should just close it during MBV. Also, while I love YYYs. If having the YYYs conflict with MBV means a longer MBV set then so be it.

Listen to what's better, and bring your friends. If you want to dance go see some DJs in the Sahara.

Honestly, I firmly believe that if you were to pick the YYYs over MBV, yeah sure, you'd be having fun for about 40 minutes, but you'd be regretting missing MBV for months. If you picked MBV or the YYYs I doubt you'd have that problem.

yeah what are they going to do with throbbing gristle is more of the question. The Cure should get at least two hours to play with so that kind of throws things for a loop too.

eh...it wouldn't bother me if the two conflicted

but if Throbbing Gristle conflicted with MBV though that doesn't seem likely, then I'd be fucked

This would be the most sadly ironic conflict ever.

I have a hunch that Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Throbbing Gristle will by playing at the same time.

I'd pick both over Throbbing Gristle. I know they're rare, but I don't get it.
