Tuning in right now...

Wow... That is atrocious, but since it's Flea, somehow, he pulls it off.

I presume he is a Lakers fan.

Hope he didn't have a lot of money wagered on Cleveland/Los Angeles earlier.

EDIT: They just won Best Rock Album.

i was there tonight, and out of the performances i got to watch, my favorites hands down were the dixie chicks and mary j. blige. uncontrollable chills during their songs. it was weird. like...that made me want to go out and buy the dixie chicks' album. every performance was a million times better live than on tv. it's kinda sad really. i guess that's expected. oh and i loved carrie underwood now and want to hear her record as well. i think the grammys made me a country fan.

Always happens, they give out awards to artists who just performed.. And yeah its their consolation for not getting album. More of a "you are welcome to the party, just not at the big kids table". Strange how it worked out. Gnarls got Best Alternative, John Mayer got best Pop, RHCP Rock, Justin got a couple and of course Dixies got the big one...

Dixie Chicks aren't country. But I also want to go and buy their album.

How much did those tickets take you back, if I can ask?

Carrie Underwood and those kids dressed in red jumpsuits were the lowlights of the night imo.

There's some really awesome country music out there, you just have to search for it

i think the grammys made me a country fan.

Hehe. Isn't that reason enough to have them abolished?

Only country I've ever listened to and have enjoyed are Loretta Lynn, Johnny Cash, and Shelby Lynne

But if you've got suggestions, I'm all ears.

What was flea wearing?

A laker's uniform that looked like a schoolboy outfit with knee high soccer socks.
