Bad news is, I guess I forgot to add a poll. Good news is, we can still talk about the Carebears.

John Woo. Nothing says "Carebears" quite like exploding helicopters/speed boats/faces

I nominate Tim Burton.
On a Carebears side note, I purchased a Carebears album at the Goodwill a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure this album from 83', was sampled for the song "Beercan" by Beck. The part of the song that goes something like, "I see rainbows, a soft and snuggly place". Anyway, odd trivia to say the least.

David Lynch, with glamour girl bears, dwarf bears, evil face-changing bears, etc. Heck, he's already put big fuzzy bunnies in Inland Empire.
