What Do I have to do to become a Community Member?

Ok So I was wondering how can I become a member? I bought my tickets at ticketmaster. Did I have to buy them online?

I got one when I bought mine online. I believe thats the only way to get it other then at the glasshouse. Sell yours to a friend, and buy another set online and get the code.

I had the same problem, I bought my ticket directly from ticketmaster and I'm not able to join the microcommunity site.
