A more random show was Oddville on 1990s MTV, featuring the nerdy host, the mute co-host and a cast of crazy characters. A few segments are on youtube, including a performance by Cibo Matto and a performance by Blink 182, their television debut.

The #1 show for Generation X was "My So Called Life." I would also throw in there "freaks and geeks." Personally I miss the very early 1980s "Beewitched" spinoff called "Tabitha".
