I seem to have run into a bit of trouble. I'm flying over from the UK, and I don't have a drivers license (So obviously, I cant rent a car). I have looked at flights to palm springs, and they all stretch my budget somewhat, whereas flights to Ontario are completely within my price range. My question is, is there any logistic way of getting to Coachella from Ontario international that doesn't involve getting a car rental, or relying on carpools?

I was looking at flights to Ontario, before I found a cheaper one to LAX. I found that the closest Greyhound bus station is in Claremont, about 7 miles from the airport. Go to www.greyhound.com and check it out, think the price was roughly $45, but don't quote me on that.
Also, if you're landing at the same time I was planning on, the bus journey may be a 5 hour one :( Which was another reason I changed to LAX, the bus times are shorter despite being further away, you should have a look at flights to there too, roughly £300.
