as soon as they come out, or when ticketbastard releases more seats later on? (that r usually better than yours)

Speaking of how bad Ticketmaster sucks, how many other ways are there to get tickets? I know there's somewhere in Orange County (I think) where they sell them with no service charge. Is there anywhere else?
