I am curious to see who had a change of heart since the line up was released. Any flip-floppers?

This poll makes me laugh. Everyone who said they weren't going originally are not goy to vote now and admit they are going.

I saved up my 300 dollars for tickets back in NOVEMBER, so I knew I was going no matter who played. YEAH I am addicted to coachella, and YES I have a problem.

Can you imagine how damn quiet this board will be April 25-27? Hmm, or will it be?

I know I won't be on for the whole 3 days, then I probably won't be on monday because I'll be at MIA. So tuesday I'll talk about how awesome everything was this year.

What if Aphex plays Friday. And when the set times are released either Prince and/or The Prodigy are playing Sunday. What then?

Last year I saw someone in the AT&T tent logged onto the board. I was trying to see what their screen name was but couldn't...

Just can't due to work and finance. My move from an apartment to a townhome didn't go as smooth as I wanted. I was not going to go at all but I told my girlfriend that I would not be able to live with myself if I did not see Portishead, she gave me Saturday.

Sounds like she has you on a leash.

Why don't you tell her to come too?

I had all my shit booked last August - flight, hotel, car - but canceled it all once the lineup was announced.

Wheres the beef?

Yep, with my balls on the mantle over the fireplace.

She is going. Her only interest to begin with was Friday and Saturday.

It won't be.. People will be able to post from the AT&T Blue Room. I've done it.. and seen other people doing it as well too.

Also, I've already seen Prince and my gut is telling me that RDJ has something tricky up his own sleeve later this year for us Americans.

If Aphex Twin had been on the original lineup I would have gone for sure. The only headliner that I was interested in was Portishead, who I saw on their last tour and I'm fairly sure will tour again. Others that would have drawn me would have been Radiohead, Underworld, Chemical Brothers, the Orb, Boards of Canada, Thievery Corporation or Cocteau Twins. It really wasn't an easy decision to bail this year, as I'm always happy to see new stuff at Coachella but overall it wasn't enough to draw me down for my 7th visit. I've still got Sasquatch, Bumbershoot and possibly Pemberton to look forward to this summer so I'll be OK festivalwise. Hopefully next year will bring a more enticing lineup. I'm gonna miss my annual trip to the Valley.

I plan my entire year around Coachella at the end of April, A camping Disc Golf Tournament in Northern Arizona in Sept. and then 3 weeks in Amsterdam. Missed Coachella once in 2004 because they moved the dates back a week and I already had plans for Amsterdam after that. I missed Kraftwerk, but i get to see them this year!
We must have priorities in life and Coachella has to be one of them!!!!!!!
