they should release more single day tickets as the date grows nearer.

they say they are "more in the know"

and they even said one more major rock act will likely be announced, if this band will confirm.

hey, i'm just a messenger..with a pair of 3 day passes

The rumor du-jour seems to be System of a Down, but why reunite after being on hiatus for only a year?

Oh my god, how many fucking times are people going to laugh at Boourns saying "Nickleback" or "Creed" or another one of the acts from that brilliant piece of satire that was Brochella?

Actually, the exact number has been calculated. One time for each person that saw She Wants Revenge instead of Daft Punk at Coachella 2006.

I read an article yesterday on Google News where the headline was "System Of A Down to reunite at Coachella?"

Then you read the article, and the answer is pretty much "No". It's just a collection of quotes that indicate they have no real interest in it.

EDIT...OK, there's just one quote actually...how can you write an article with ONE quote that says the opposite of your headline?

Malakian recently told MTV.com that SYSTEM's hiatus may be permanent, saying, "If anyone's holding their breath for a SYSTEM record, they're going to turn blue and pass out. It's a long ways away, if it ever even happens."

It's Led Zep that they are waiting for to confirm. This is no BS. I know from a good source that GV is waiting for LZ to confirm. I'm not going to mention my source because I don't want to expose him (her), but he (she) has been involved directly with goldenvoice for about 4 years know, and not just for Coachella.

can you buy tickets before a show at the glasshouse without having to pay service ticketmaster charges?

JorgeC
03-14-2008, 09:09 PM
all Glass House show tickets are available at the Glass House record store for a $1 service fee (printed on the ticket as "Facility Fee"). This is actually cheaper than waiting until the night of the show because sometimes the price goes up to "Day of Show" ticket price and they still tack on the extra buck. Black Keys for $21...hell to the yeah!

I've seen QOTSA once, and that was plenty. They'd be an okay add, at least one that would play some power chords instead of a laptop. But they've also played it twice and Eagles of Death Metal at least once I think. Let's get some new blood. Like Band of Horses!
