By this time last year, and the year before that, there was already 4 to 10 add on's. The only add on that I've heard of is Kate Nash,.. is that it?

The "trick" may not be an add-on. It could be some super high production for one of the bands. Imagine if it was the orchestra playing with Portishead again...

Nah, it'll be the new site that goes along with the new album. I doubt its anything else. But The Prodigy would be rediculously awesome at Coachella this year. Friday night FTW!

Considering we are getting so close to the festival date I think putting the idea of major additions out of you mind would be the best.

The tricks up his sleeve comment is a very vague thing to say and doesn't really mean much of anything.

Most festivals like Rothbury, Bonnaroo, etc. have postings on their site that more artists will be announced.

I think there are a couple of possibilities what the tricks up the sleeve could mean.

Honestly, I think what Paul meant was that the line up he had just announced was the trick up his sleeve and he was trying to say that Coachella is still relevant after 9 years.

it's not a big deal, this is our lineup, i've accepted it, research the bands you've never heard, i'm enjoying datarock

I think the tricks will be epic stage production for Waters and Kraftwerk, no more real adds.

If there's an orchestra onstage with Portishead, though, that would blow any other trick out of the water.

God, the orchestra possibility... boner.

I'm fine with the line up too...it's going to be fun no matter what.

If someone is going to Coachella because of the possibility of adds and not the current line up I would say don't go.

If there's an orchestra, I guarantee no fewer than 15,000 babies will be conceived that Saturday night.

The "trick up his sleeve" was making a non day-by-day poster that is currently on the main page.

He got us good guys.

Spring is in the air. The time when a young man's fancy turns to Portishead. Only, watch out!

Bam. Pregnant.

I'm just saying, if you're a lady and you want to have the child of one of the most important figures of the first half of this century... you might want to check out Portishead.

Just sayin'.

APHEX TWIN

this isnt about you jiggly just a thought so dont take as an attack on your sincerity...

I know a lot of people are happy about aphex, but I wonder how many people just jump on the bandwagon and shout APHEX TWIN like they randomly placed a bet on him and won. Its cool to say aphex because now the person can stop complaining about coachella and join the side of happy about it and also they want to sound like they are really fans of aphex but in reality know maybe one song...come to daddy.
