I wasn't able to catch their set last year, and I'm curious to hear how it was. They are honestly incredible.. to me they sound like a modern talking heads, which is why i think they are so amazing. wish they were playing again this year

I also missed their set, but caught them in SF last year.. they were not very good, but very fun. If that makes sense?

I saw them at the El Rey in 2005 and they were fantastic. Also caught them at Coachella in 2004 and it was a great show as well. I'd gladly see them again.

Saw them last year @ Coachy. A fuckin' party, it was. At the start they promised to make the tent sweat and they did. At the end, the red-headed one brought out his son and some super-soakers. They drenched the audience together. It was mad hot in there, but super sweet. One of my highlights, for sure.

It was one of the top 3 shows I saw at Coachella last year.. I also thought their show in S.F. was fucking great.

Their performance last year was top 3 of the weekend. I then saw them the following month at the 930 Club in DC. It too was a massive party. Highly recommended. Offer's dance moves can't be missed.

They are fun and noisey and messy and spunky.

I like them.

Bmack, goddammit man.

2004 and 2005 Randy. 3 and 4 years ago, respectively. And, they were a different band, some member have left and they have that female singer, and they don't play the old, funk set anymore apparently, which is why I didn't see them. They were great in '05 when they actually got the whole El Rey dancing.

Oh okay, I was actually going to say that if you were talking Me And Guiliani Down By The Schoolyard !!! then it would be okay... but I swung by the tent for them last year expecting that album and what I found was a giant musical game of fuckbutt.

At Coachella 04, they closed with Guiliani, and at the el rey show they did that plus all of Louden Up now and half of !!!. Those were awesome, and I want that to remain my memory of !!!

Not a huge fan of most of their records but I saw them in LA in like 2004/2005 and they were amazing. I'd see them again.

I dunno... Myth Takes was one of the best records of 2007, and their Coachy set was blast, even though it felt rushed. I'm not sure what's meant by "fuckbutt," though, 'cause that's really quite a bit of fun too. If you intended that to be a reductive statement, you are missing the point and charm of this band at this point in their careers.
