Need room-Wednesday night

I'll be arriving from Montreal Wednesday afternoon at Palm Springs airport and will be camping on Coachella site. I intend to be early on thursday at campsite to get a good spot, but I need a place to stay on Wednesday night. I don't know the area and would appreciate any suggestions. I also do not drive so will be looking to find a lift from room/hotel to polo fields on thursday morning. Are there shuttle busses available? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
