This has nothing to do with the Coachella line up, but both are going to be here on the same night and I'm not sure which one I'd like to see more.

I think this has everything to do with the coachella lineup...both playing...both same night. Those are the ingredients to having everything to do with the lineup.

my vote goes to HOT CHIP do not miss. or split set time, aint that the darndest idear!

a bunch of hype about Hot Chip but I still haven't given them a listen.
I have already chose to see Man Man anyways.

Don't even bother with Hot Chip. It's not even worth it.

This is coming from a fan of Mars Volta who thinks punk is still relevant to boot.

I've seen Hot Chip but not with the new material and missed Man Man so I'm still on the fence but Man Man are at the better venue.

This coming from the guy who can't even tell the difference between reggae and ska.

This poll saddens me. Come on, people, get intelligent and vote right.

Don't look at the poll. Hot Chip are decent live, Man Man are the best live act I've seen. I've seen over 500 bands, and Man Man tops them all.

Seriously? You would say they are the best live act you have EVER seen?

That is quite a stretch.
Over 500?
And MAN MAN is the best you've ever seen.

Doesn't sound too believeable.

It's one hundred percent true. They have this energy and presence, plus raw awesome song quality, that just makes for the most amazing performance. Why would this not be believable? I'm going to drive to Santa Barbara the night before Coachella to see them play. I wouldn't do that for a normal band.

My statement no longer quite stands.

Man Man are the second best band I've seen. Boredoms wipes everything else on the planet away. Boredoms are like the moon reflecting on a lake, only there is no moon or lake. Only Boredoms.

I'm driving to Santa Barbara to see Man Man. I drove to San Diego AND San Francisco to see Boredoms. That says quite a bit.
