Beets are fucking vile. They make me spit up a little bit every time I accidentally ingest them.

Spinach > Lettuce in a sandwich

I can't stand lettuce in sandwiches, but love spinach in them. Lettuce goes wilty so quickly from either being too hot or too moist. Field greens (aragula especially) are good in sandwiches too.

My beloved cauliflower is not on this list :/

Asparagus grilled is heavenly. Yes tomato is a fruit, but I can't get enough of them. Funny, 'cuz I couldn't stand them prior to the age of 20.

Where's the cucumber? LOVE it, especially pickled.

I was surprised and pleased by Bok Choy being included in that list. This Chinese restaurant near my house cooks it soo deliciously with garlic...

This is a song about vegetables . . . they keep you regular; they're real good for ya.)

Call any vegetable
(Call any vegetable)
Call it by name
(Call any vegetable)
Call one today
(Call any vegetable)
When you get off the train
(Call any vegetable)
Call any vegetable
And the chances are good
Ooooh! The vegetable
Will respond to you

(Some people don't go for prunes . . . I dunno . . . I've always found that if they . . . ) x****

It's all about spinach. (Anyone else diggin' the indian food this year at coachella? It wasn't great, but it was the only good alternative to the New York Pizza when I was sick of that.) I don't know what kale is.

I like cucumbers too.
