so they take a little break this year, give some goodies to start up a new festival. can't start one up with shit right?

they give Coachella a rather limp lineup. maybe it wont sell out maybe it will, not a biggie

because 2009, 10 years since the first Coachella, after critism of this lineup and after the big bang start of the east coast one, i'm anticpating the greatest line ever

And I wouldn't say let the rumors begin for '09, but I think you're right that next years line up is gonna be amazing. Not only is it the 10 year anniversary, but they have the added pressure of pleasing everybody seeing as this years line up hasn't gone over too well.
