Although I would love to see all those bands... It was a toss up for me between Nirvana and Sublime. I really even know why those over the others. But I picked Nirvana because I'd assume they'd be better live.

This is fucking tough. Depending on my mood, I think I could've voted for any of these bands. But I had to go Zeppelin, close 2nd was Hendrix though, cuz really, how many people do you know that have seen Hendrix?

I chose The Doors because I find Jim Morrison to be one of the most mesmerizing singers. But, Zep and Hendrix were right up there.

Although, Janis Joplin would have been my top choice.

While I think they would be all awesome shows to see. I voted Nirvana. I imagine the energy at a Nirvana show would be insane.

This one is difficult because some of them had more than one period in music. I would rather see St. Pepper Beatles more than Help Beatles.

I love the beatles.(Obviously) But I also love thinking that they were totally the backstreet boys of their day... with so many screaming, crying, lady fans. I bet tons of dudes totally wrote them off as any good for that reason alone.

I went to the 'Experience Music Project' in Seattle a couple years ago and they had this big feature on the beatles... and there were tons of pictures of screaming girls. That's where the bsb comparison dawned on me, and I havn't been able to rid it since.

It wasn't bad. I'm glad I went. There is some cool stuff there for sure. I wish they covered more though. When I went it was primarily focused on just a couple artists... nirvana, Hendrix, Beatles... There were small amounts of info on other things, but I wish there was a broader span. I went in '04 though, so who knows, it could have changed.

I'd have to say PANTERA, but to keep it Coachella-esq I wish the Grateful Dead were on the poll, they'd get my vote hands down. Since they're not though, I'm leaning for the Doors. Maybe Nirvana. No Hendrix. Actually the Doors. At the Whiskey in May 1967.

LOL.. I would KILL to see Sublime though.. although it seems everyone on here hates them..

My last choices would be Nirvana, The Smiths, and My Bloody Valentine..

zeppelin for sure. if i had the opportunity to see them in their prime, with a front row view no less, i would prolly shit myself.
hendrix is a close second though, followed by the doors.

To try and be completely objective, I consider The Who to be the best and most important live band in the history of rock music, but I would still take Zeppelin because I like them better musically and they're shows were just that much more of a party.

Also, The Beatles may be a better band, but they are certainly not a better live band...
