This is the opposite of the Minor Irritance / Insignificant Gripes Thread (which I adore, by the way).

What are the little things that make you happy?

I love getting into my car when it's been sitting in the sun on days that are sunny but cold. It'll be like 50 degrees outside but 75 inside my car. mmm.

I love listening to jazz or folk on vinyl on a rainy, foggy or cold day (or some combo of the three...can't be blue skies though). I also love staying in bed reading in the same weather. Or listening to music and reading. Etc.

A black and tan is when you have a dark and heavy beer like Guinness and a lighter beer like bass I use Newcastle just because. Since the Guinness is less dense it will stay at the top while having the lighter beer at the bottom.

um, no, a B&T is made only with draught because it's only made from the tap, not from a bottle.

you poured bottled Extra Stout on top of Newcastle, I'm sure it was delicious, but it wasn't a B&T, that's all I'm saying.
