i know this is late, but does anyone have any leads on houses or property management companys that rent out houses for the festival? i'm coming from philly(4th year in a row) and decided not to camp this time.

thanks for any help!

did you check "Home & Condo Rentals" on coachella.com?

some, yes. they seemed pretty booked. i was hoping to find a hidden gem on the board before i started moving further from the festival

There is another great site too (I forget :s), but VRBO is solid. Good luck this late though.

there are also a few posts in the camping/lodging section from home owners looking to rent out their houses.

We rented our house from vrbo this year. It looks awesome, is close (enough) to the venue and was well priced. Definitely check out this site.

I have a 2 bed 2 bath, kitchen, laundry, pool, BBQ, available at the Worldmark resort in Indio just a few miles from the concert. $1500.00 for the week. Sleeps 6.
Go to Worldmark The Club Indio and check out the resort. The resort is full and booked. e me .....Vic814@msn.com
