Album of the year, anyone? It's not out for another month and a half, but here it is!

I expect their performance to be a million times better than 2005.

You could try and be a little more subtle. We don't need the RIAA sniffing around here.

Going to avoid temptation and not dl it. I'm a good person. I have heard a live version of my body is a cage though and man that's an amazing song.

It's pretty good. It needs a few listens to develop, for me.

it appears to be a cobbled together version (at least the one I grabbed last night) of the album

you can't really travel with a pipe organ, so they've been synth pipe organing.

I'm right there with you, Bryan. (Side note: dude, is it a y or an i? I never remember how you spell your name) The Arcade Fire have always been a band that, for me, rewards patience and multiple listens in order to really get into their stuff.

It's a Y, you've been right with it.
I really hope they play venues that have pipe organs in them. I'd love to see them at Royce hall on UCLA campus (then i wouldn't have to drive, either)

I thought the same thing, but I am weak ... plus, there is going to be so much new music I'm going to try and consume over the next few months, I don't think I'll get stuck and sick of one thing ...

after one listen ... Antichrist Television Blues is my favorite tune ... of course, not even played on that heavy Neon Bible set list ...

There are multiple songs on the record that have been playing over and over again in my head. I think it's safe to say that I can love this as much as I did 'Funeral.'

HORRAY! no sophomore slump!

to be honest, I think I have bought more disks because of downloading ...

And I always buy disks of small bands even if I own the download ...
