Yes it is for health purposes, I only had one cig today. I had quit for 10 years due to my sons asthma but recently started again. I have always had my own asthma problems but usually just when sick or with a major weather change or being around too many cats or some shit. But out of the blue when my chest started hurting the doc listened and said I was having an attack. He did a breathing test on me and I apparently am at 43% of where I should be. I figured that in itself was good enough reason to quit. So I am going to up my sodium intake until it is easier to not want a cig.

That would mean a vodka tonic. I've tried this before, usually with bloody marys or screwdrivers. My hangover cure involves a good meal, lots of water, gatorade, veggie juice and/or green tea.
