rage patton

I can't decide what T-shirt to wear to the show in Seattle on Sunday

Which will it be? QOTSA? Gogol? Rage? Coachella '07? Tool? Random Green/Black striped shirt?

You decide!

I will post a picture of me wearing the shirt that wins on Saturday night! That way, anyone who sees me, can say Hi.

I would wear a space suit if I had access to it... oh and also, I dont own a tube top. Sorry.

And just to clarify, I dont know if my green and black striped shirt does glow in the dark. Im just saying it would be cool if it did.

Wear all red & white

Hahaha. I like that suggestion. You forgot black to though.

don't wear a shirt man, half way through it will either be torn off or you'll just use it to fan yourself half way through.

Ive been to enough concerts to know you get hot during shows.
And I HATE those sweaty people who don't wear shirts and concerts.
I was one of those people at Coachella though, but thats different circumstances.

I was thinking of putting an option for "No shirt. Buy one when you get there." But I figured that would win by a landslide.

That is my basic motto for concerts. People who dress up impractically for concerts crack me up.
Shorts and a t-shirt are my regular concert atire. This will be no different. I just cant decide what shirt to wear, so I am asking for help!

Puts this much thought? I was thinking the oposite. Now I dont even have to decide. I just thought up some of my shirts, and made a poll. This took little to no thought. Therefore, I am not a bitch.

But thank you for the robot rock compliment. I myself thought it was somewhat clever.

Good question, I havent even thought about it yet.
I will go ahead and say the day Rage plays, No.
But the day Daft Punk plays, perhaps I will.
Have you already started about thinking what you are going to wear?

Hmmm... that seems to be winning. With Gogol Bordello in a close second.
If I wear that green shirt... it sure as hell better glow! It probably wont... but oh well.

Even worse? Are you kidding? Im not waiting till after the show to buy the shirt. It might be sold out.
Also, you can also say you wore THAT shirt at THAT show. The memories will last forever in that shirt.

Oh, and I like your costume Ron. However, you strike me as the sort of person who would wear that out normaly. :)

You can always buy the shirt an not wear it. I usually pull it through one of the belt loops in my jeans, or through my belt or something.

I bought a Daft shirt at Daft and put it on because I spilled beer all over the shirt I was wearing.

Yeah, but you cant say you wore the shirt to the show then. Its just a shirt you bought there. If you wore the shirt at the show, it becomes part of the show! Not just something you bought there.

Also, I dont why people dont like wearing the shirt of the band they are going to see. Why do so many people feel this way? I feel quite the oposite.

rage patton
07-29-2007, 01:03 AM
Well, in the end, I decided to disregard my poll. Not completely though, the shirt I did choose did come in second place after all.
Also, that Green/Black stripes shirt, doesnt glow in the dark. I tested. I am still bringing it with me though. Just incase its cold. It is a long sleve after all.

Anyways, I should look something like this tomorrow...

Buying a shirt at the show is a bit of a loophole though I generally do as Unicorns said if I buy the shirt early.

And I think part of the thing is that, well, everybody knows you like the band you're going to see; there's nothing conveyed there.

you could buy the t-shirt before the show, and wear it UNDER the shirt you came in. That way, you are still wearing the bought shirt but no one can see it.

its a win-win.
