Here's a step by step walk through of the purchase process using Weekend 1 as an example.

Enter the ticket purchase process from Coachella.com.
You will be able to choose which weekend you want to purchase passes for. You will have to choose Weekend 1 or Weekend 2 in order to begin the process.
you will not be able to purchase passes prior to 10am PDT this Friday, May 24th. If you are on the page below prior to 10am, you MUST refresh the link @ 10am to enter the site.
Sometime in the morning but before 10am on friday, you will see the beautiful below screen when you choose your weekend.
After 10am (you may have to refresh) you must first prove you are human to move on. See below.
The standby page will be updated in real time and will show your aproximate wait time. It also shows what types of passes are still available at that moment.
Once you are transferred to the purchase page your pass options will be listed. Click the pass type you are interested in purchasing and click "BUY NOW".
On the next page you choose the quantity you want and then click "ADD TO ORDER"

On the next screen is where you can add things to your order surch as Camping, Parking, etc.
Scroll through the below 5 images to see additional passes to order.
You click the first item to "add to cart" then next screen you click the "quantity" drop down order then "add to order". Then repeat that process with your next item. When you are DONE adding things to your order, you then click "Secure Checkout".
When you are ready to checkout there are two options AND this is the page where you choose to pay your order in full or take advantage of the payment plan.
- If you ALREADY HAVE a Front Gate Tickets (Coachella Weekend 1) LOG IN account, then you can simply choose "Express Checkout" and click "sign in" (Example image 1). On the bottom of the next page, choose to either PAY IN FULL or 20% DOWN PAYMENT PLAN and click "continue". (Example image 2).
- If you DON'T HAVE have a Front Gate Tickets (Coachella Weekend 1) account you must fill out the entire rest of the screen to complete your order. (Example image 3). Filling out the rest of this screen is not creating an account for you, it is simply to let you finish this order. You will NOT HAVE THE PAYMENT PLAN OPTION. If you WANT to use the payment plan option, you must choose to "create an account" (example image 4).
PLEASE NOTE: In the shipping box, sorry NO P.O. BOXES. A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED for all deliveries. After you complete this step, click “continue” to get to the delivery page. Information about getting your festival passes wil be posted on the 2014 updated Coachella website. Stand by.
For domestic orders this page will show domestic shipping as your delivery method. (Example image 1)

INTERNATIONAL orders will have the option to choose "will call" to pick up their order on the way to the festival. (Example image 2). If you choose delivery you will be able to change it to will call prior to orders shipping out if you need to. (deadline to change will be posted at a later date).
If you need to put in a DIFFERENT shipping address, you can uncheck the box that says your billing and shipping address is the same and you'll be taken to an update address screen.
Click "CONTINUE" from bottom of the delivery page.
This is the mother of all pages. This is the page where you confirm your order, read and agree to the TERMS OF SALE and click "purchase". Overall it's a pretty awesome page.
This final page could also be known as the Father of all pages.
An order confirmation/receipt will be emailed to you from email@example.com.
Add the sender firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe recipients list.
Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email.
You may also choose to print the receipt right from this thank you page. (see below image)
If you chose the payment plan option, the receipt will show your schedule of payments. Please note the date of the payment may take a few days to show up on your bank statement. If you do not see the payment deducted on your bank statement by the 10th day of the month, you must contact front gate tickets to inquire/investigate or your order will be canceled.
