  - Festival is all ages; children age 5 & under are free.
  - No Refunds / No Exchanges / No Cancellations.
  - Passes are only valid for the weekend you purchased.
  - Wristbands void if tampered or removed.
  - No switching weekends
  - Festival passes are LIMITED to 2 per billing address
  - Rain or shine
  - Parking during the festival is free (9am-2am) No overnight
  - NO RV/Motorhome camping or parking.
  - DON'T BUY from a 3rd party/Scalper. No service, authentication or guaranteed support for passes purchased from a third party/scalper.
  - International "will call pick ups" are NON-transferable.
• - You must buy a festival pass in order to buy a car/tent camping spot.
  - Anyone camping onsite must have a festival pass.
  - Onsite camping is 18 + unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
  - Tent/Car camping spots are limited to 1 per order.
  - Companion camping parking passes are limited to 1 per order.
  - Camping spots are NON transferable and will ONLY work with the festival passes they were purchased with (first one in).
  - Original purchaser name can not be changed.
  - Passes offered for resale are subject to cancellation. Don't scalp your pass. It is a revocable license.

2013 Shipping Info

- Orders will be shipped in Mid-March 2013
- Orders will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes / A physical shipping address is required.
- Orders will require a signature for delivery.
- ONE customized wristband container per ORDER.
* $20 additional for Canada/Mexico shipping
* $25 additional for all other International shipping
- International customers may also decide to choose WILL CALL pick up instead of shipping.
- Last date to update your shipping address is February 20th (weekend 1) / February 27th (weekend 2)

Car Camping READ DETAILS HERE

Camp next to your car in a 10x30 spot. This pass is for your car/spot. Everyone camping in your spot will need a festival pass. A car is required to be in your spot. This pass is NON transferable and will only be valid when used with the festival pass it was purchased with. Example: If John Doe purchased the passes and car camping, John Doe will be required to show ID when checking in. MUST CALL FRONT GATE to add to your existing Festival Pass order.

Tent Camping READ DETAILS HERE

Camp on a 10x15 spot. Everyone camping in your spot will need a festival pass. This pass allows for 1 car to be parked overnight for the weekend in an adjacent lot. This pass is NON transferable and will only be valid when used with the festival pass it was purchased with. Example: If John Doe purchased the passes and tent spot, John Doe will be required to show ID when checking in.

Lake Eldorado + Festival Passes READ DETAILS HERE

Ready to go camping surrounding the serene setting of the redeveloped Lake Eldorado. You MUST read the onsite camping page before ordering.

Secluded onsite camping area includes separate check-in location. Spots include a fully pitched and "ready to go" 12x14 foot safari-styled tent equipped with 4 cots, 4 sleeping bags and 4 Pillows.

Price INCLUDES free overnight parking for 1 car & 4 GA festival passes.

Exclusive secluded area includes offsite private check-in, fully furnished Shakir style tents w/air conditioning, restrooms & showers, free adjacent private parking lot, gear drop off area, breakfast/late night snacks, onsite concierge, dedicated security/secure fence lines, outdoor chairs, shade tents, outdoor lighting, games and more. Choose 1 or 2 Queen Beds or as a Lounge with ample seating.

This pass is for one overnight parking spot for an additional car of the people that are planning to camp with you. Limit one per order. There is no other overnight parking at the festival.   ABOUT CAMPING COMPANION PARKING
  There is a limited amount of these overnight Parking spaces. Campers can purchase one Camping Companion Parking space (while supplies last) per order (camping passes and companion parking spots can be added (if available) to existing orders by contacting Frontgate via phone). The Camping Companion Parking space is for 1 extra car of people who are staying in your camping spot but need a place to park their car overnight. The Camping Companion Parking lot will be adjacent to the campgrounds and may or may not (probably won't) be in close proximity to your camping spot. Once these limited spaces run out, there are no alternative overnight onsite parking options available. Carpool.... for realz. Vehicles are not allowed to go in/out of the Camping Companion Parking lot. If you decide to drive out you will forfeit your spot and be re-directed to the day parking lots which do not allow overnight parking and you will be towed. Please do not leave until you are leaving the festival for good.

  Please plan ahead and organize a carpool.

  We strongly encourage all companion campers to load their gear in the car that is going in the car camping spot or the tent campers parking. (Trying to save you the long walk while dragging gear). We have added a drop off area that gets you a little closer to the entrance of the campgrounds.

  Everyone in the vehicle will need to have their wristband on and ready to show before entry into the drop off or companion parking lot. All vehicles will be thoroughly searched.

VIP Parking

VIP Parking is sold separately and located adjacent to the festival grounds. Everyone arriving in the car must also be wearing their VIP festival pass in order to access the VIP parking lot. 1 VIP parking pass is good for all 3 festival days (9am-2am). If you've already purchased a VIP festival pass, you can contact Front Gate via phone to add the VIP Parking pass to your existing order while supplies last. 888-512-SHOW

  ABOUT VIP PARKING
  ONLY festival patrons with VIP passes may utilize this lot. GA wristbands will NOT be allowed to enter the VIP parking area. VIP lot is open on festival days from 9am-2am. No overnight parking. NO commercial vehicles will be given access to LOT 1/VIP Parking or AVE 49. This includes, limos, party buses, SUVS and other vehicles who are making multiple trips to pickup and drop-off clients. These vehicles will ONLY be permitted to pickup and drop-off in LOT 13A. This will be strictly enforced. To gain access to LOT 1 / VIP Parking commercial vehicles may purchase a VIP Drop-off pass. For information on obtaining this pass email info@coachella.com, Commercial vehicles displaying a standard LOT 1 VIP pass will be re-directed to LOT 13A and the pass will be confiscated. VIP drop-off passes must be purchased prior to the festival event days.
